How to pull a list of actives email subscribers in SendFox? Active subscribers are those contacts that have joined, opened, or clicked recently on your email campaigns. This way, deliverability stays high and more people see your emails 🎉 Go into your Contacts tab, and click on the dropdown next to the Search tab. Click on the option 'Advanced Search'. Within the 'Advanced Search' window, you will see the option to view contacts that have 'Opened' your email or 'Clicked' your emails. Select one of the options (Opened or Clicked). You can view not only for a certain time frame (i.e. 1, 3, 6 months) but also for specific Email Campaigns or Automations. You will then see a list of your subscribers that meet your criteria.
